a: an unforeseen and unplanned event or circumstance
b: lack of intention or necessity

Accidents are called accidents because we don't do them on purpose. It's okay to have accidents... everyone has one now and then.

The thing is, if you have an accident on an Aventura boat, i need to hear about it from you before i hear about it from someone else.

You can almost guarantee that someone saw you. I hear about accidents from other people on the docks and offices and the Harbor Patrol, even if the charterers tell me about it first. Please let me hear it from you before i hear it from someone else.

Starting September 1, 2007:
Suspension or Termination could result in not immediately reporting an accident to Aventura. Please call the office or the emergency line and let us know right away. Not reporting an accident is illegal and unethical.
